Return Policies

We offer a 30-day right of return on all used equipment. Simply notify us within 5-days of receipt of the equipment and return the equipment according to the Return Procedure below for a full refund of product purchase price and applicable sales tax.

How to check and accept the goods?

Please unpack and inspect the goods according to the following procedures before signing for the goods:

- The courier will contact the recipient before delivery to determine the delivery time. If the person is not at the location, he can specify another time for delivery or entrust a colleague to inspect and sign for the delivery;

- After the instrument is delivered to the designated place, please ask the courier to assist you in unpacking (remove the anti-static film)

- Take the instrument out of the packing box and check to ensure that the instrument is intact; - check metering reports;

- Carefully check whether there is any wrong delivery or missing delivery according to the packing list;

- After confirming the above steps are correct, sign on the delivery note to confirm receipt.

Note: The official flagship store of Keysight Technology has entrusted FedEx staff to assist the recipient to unpack and inspect the goods.

If other express companies are responsible for the delivery, please be sure to open the box and inspect the goods before signing for the goods due to the limitation of the scope of delivery.

How to judge whether the instrument has quality problems?

The failure of the instrument to start up or work normally, and the functional defects of the instrument are quality problems;

The appearance, accessories or outer packaging of the instrument are damaged, missed delivery, wrong delivery, etc. are non-quality problems.

How to return or exchange an item?

Since the instruments sold in this store are valuable commodities, returns and exchanges without reason are not accepted. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please contact us within 60 natural days after delivery, and we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible. If no agreement can be reached, we will arrange a courier to pick up the instrument within 48 hours (please do not post it privately).

Keysight's original engineer will inspect the product, and if it is confirmed that the product has quality problems, the product can be returned and the payment will be returned to your payment account through the original route.

Damage in Shipment – If your product arrives damaged you should contact the carrier immediately and contact us within 2 days of delivery at the destination address.  Please note that delays can result in denied claims.  

Return Procedure 

Please contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping any goods back to us.  

Shipments received without an RMA may be refused or assessed a restocking fee of 20%.  

Once an RMA is issued, return shipment must be initiated by a traceable method, prepaid and insured for the purchase price within 7 days.  

Please mark the RMA number on the packing label.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Returned products must be in original condition and not altered in any way.  

All accessories, packaging, manuals, documentation and calibration certificates should be undamaged, unaltered and included with the unit.

Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable except when return is due to our error.
