Our standard carriers are as follows:

By default, we ship orders "FCA Origin, Freight Prepaid and Add"
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable surcharges. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Wilwin is not liable for delays in delivery.
Expedited Order Processing / Guaranteed Ship Date Our normal order processing time is 2-3 weeks. Expedited order processing is available for most orders, depending on shipment size and equipment type with an additional expedited order processing fee. Expedited orders are subject to approval by our engineers and technicians
Shipment Claims
Under the unusual circumstance that a shipment becomes damaged in transit, keep all of the packing material. Report the details immediately at delivery to the carrier. Make any notes regarding damages on any carrier documents.
Product Availability
If an item you ordered has to be put on backorder, we will contact you immediately, and give you an estimated delivery date. When it becomes available, we will contact you before shipping to confirm that you still need the product. In the event we are unable to fulfill the order we will offer you a substitute or cancel the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at any time. Price and delivery are subject to availability.
