General Terms
The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of products by Wilwin Technology LTD. Please read this agreement carefully.
Any different or additional terms set forth in customer’s purchase order or similar communication are objected to and shall not be binding on the company unless a separate agreement has been signed by an authorized officer of the company.
By submitting your order, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You also acknowledge that you have read, accept, and agree to abide by our Return Policies.
We reserve the right to decline your order at our sole discretion which can occur if the goods are unavailable, if pricing is in error, if there are problems concerning credit or if fraud is suspected among other reasons. We will contact you if your order is declined or if we need more information. If we decline your order, we will refund any amount charged as a result of that order by the same means in which payment was received.
Payment
We process all payments through a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or use your bank transfer(contact with us for bank details). Customer is responsible for all other taxes or duties if happens.
Use of Products
Our products are not authorized for use in critical safety or other applications where a failure may reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage. If customer uses or sells the products for use in any such applications, Customer acknowledges that such use or sale is at customer’s sole risk. Customer will indemnify, defend and hold Wilwin and the product manufacturer harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs arising out of or in connection with such use or sale. Wilwin makes no warranty for merchantability or fitness of our products for any particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wilwin Technology LTD IS NOT LIABLE FOR AND CUSTOMER IS NOT ENTITLED TO ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; FOR EXAMPLE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, REWORK, MANUFACTURING EXPENSE, INJURY TO REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMER’S RECOVERY FROM WILWIN FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.
